Brupaks Yeast-Vit

Purpose

To aid yeast in effecting a rapid and thorough fermentation of wort., especially when nutrient deficiency is suspected.  Essential if the yeast is to be repitched in subsequent brews.

Description

A carefully formulated blend of soluble inorganic salts, vitamins, amino acids and trace elements'

Dosage

Dosage should be between 4 and 6 grams per hectolitre and can be conveniently mixed with the yeast slurry before pitching.

Storage

Brupaks Yeast-Vit should be stored under cool, dry conditions
